Advertising consent and privacy choices

1. Scope and controller

This worldwide Privacy & Storage Technologies Notice explains how Poker Offline: Casino Royale handles information. The data controller is RaidsRobotics (the Operator). Contact: raidsrobotics@gmail.com. This Notice applies to the app, guest profile, support, optional rewarded ads and any enabled purchases.

Selecting GUEST acknowledges this Notice; it is not consent to non-essential tracking, targeted advertising or marketing. The app asks for a separate advertising choice. Accepting allows personalized ads and related measurement where permitted. Rejecting asks supported advertising partners to use non-personalized or contextual ads and applies a do-not-sell/share signal where supported. Rewarded ads may be requested with either choice, subject to applicable law.

2. Information handled

Local gameplay and profile data: display name, avatar choice, virtual-chip balance, XP, level, rank, challenges, rewards, settings, game statistics, hand history, virtual entitlements, transaction journal, recovery data and policy acceptance. These items are primarily stored in the app's private storage on your device.

Device and technical data: app version, operating system, device model, language, time zone, crash or diagnostic information, network information and security or fraud signals, but only when an enabled platform or service provides or requires them.

Purchase data: product identifier, price/currency, purchase state, store order or transaction reference, entitlement and refund/reversal status. The authorised app store processes your payment credentials; the Operator does not need your complete card or bank details.

Advertising data: if rewarded advertising is enabled, Unity LevelPlay and mediated advertising partners may process IP address, advertising or app-instance identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, device/app information, consent signals, ad requests, impressions, clicks, completion events and fraud-prevention data. The app stores the advertising choice and its version locally, then sends corresponding GDPR-consent and US sale/share signals to LevelPlay before advertising starts. Rejecting non-essential processing does not prevent technical data strictly needed to request, deliver, secure and verify a contextual or non-personalized rewarded ad.

Support data: if you contact support, the Operator may receive your contact details, message, attachments, device/app details you provide and records needed to resolve the request.

The app does not intentionally request precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, health data, government IDs or payment-card numbers for ordinary gameplay. If a future feature changes this, this Notice and any required permission or consent flow must be updated before collection.

3. Sources

Information comes from you and your gameplay, the device and operating system, the authorised app store, advertising or diagnostic providers that are actually enabled, and support communications. The app does not buy personal-information profiles from data brokers.

4. Purposes and legal bases

The Operator uses information to provide and save the game, process and restore entitlements, maintain security, detect fraud or corrupted saves, respond to support, comply with law, measure reliability and show an optional rewarded ad. Depending on location and context, the legal basis is performance of the user agreement, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, protection of legal claims, or consent. Where legitimate interests apply, the Operator must balance them against your rights. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively without affecting earlier lawful use.

5. Local storage, cookies and similar technologies

The native app does not need ordinary browser cookies for core gameplay. It uses device storage for saves, settings, security, purchase entitlements and this acknowledgement. These are strictly necessary to provide choices or features you request. SDKs may use identifiers, local storage, software development kits or other technologies that function like cookies on a mobile device. Non-essential advertising measurement, profiling or targeted-ad technologies require a separate choice wherever law requires it. You can also reset the device advertising ID or change privacy controls in the operating-system settings.

6. Sharing and disclosure

Information may be disclosed only as needed to: authorised app stores and billing providers; advertising partners for a reward you request and subject to applicable consent; hosting, support, security, diagnostics or professional advisers actually used by the Operator; a buyer or successor in a lawful business transaction; or authorities and other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud or protect safety. Service providers must be restricted by contract where required. The Operator does not sell personal information for money. Certain targeted-ad disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US laws; where applicable, they must remain off until the required choice is offered and any opt-out is honoured.

Advertising providers may include Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and mediated partners actually enabled in the LevelPlay account. Unity's game-player privacy notice is available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Google Play processes store and billing data under Google's policies. Other mediated partners, if enabled, must be identified on the public privacy page or through a partner list made available to the user.

7. International transfers

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the Operator must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, certification, consent or another lawful transfer mechanism, plus supplementary safeguards when necessary. You may ask the privacy contact for information about the applicable safeguard.

8. Retention

Local profile and save information remains until you clear app data, uninstall, use an available deletion control, or it is replaced through normal save rotation. Local primary/backup files and a bounded transaction history are retained to protect recovery and integrity. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide entitlements, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet tax/accounting duties. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request and legal claims. Provider retention periods must be listed in the public notice or linked provider notices. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to legal holds and mandatory retention.

9. Security

The Operator uses proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including app-private storage, integrity checks, atomic save replacement and backup recovery. No system is perfectly secure. Keep the device and store account protected and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. A qualifying breach will be assessed and notified as required by applicable law.

10. Your choices

You may disable optional local notifications in the app or device settings. You may decline optional rewarded ads; ordinary gameplay remains available, although the optional reward is not granted. Use Privacy Choices in the in-game settings to allow or reject personalized advertising at any time. Changing to Reject asks supported partners to stop personalized treatment for later requests; it does not undo processing already lawfully completed. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local profile data from that device but may not delete records independently held by a store, advertising provider or support system; contact the relevant party or the Operator for those records.

11. Worldwide privacy rights

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to the Operator, you may have rights to know or access information, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive information, obtain data portability, appeal a refusal, and complain to a regulator. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right. Some rights have exceptions and identity may need to be verified. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law allows.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, plus a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. You may object separately to direct marketing at any time.

United States: residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and appeal. The Operator does not knowingly sell personal information for money.

Brazil: where the LGPD applies, rights may include confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation/blocking/deletion, portability, information about sharing and consent, withdrawal, review and a complaint to the ANPD.

Canada: where Canadian private-sector law applies, you may seek access and correction and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits; consent information must be understandable.

Australia and New Zealand: where applicable, you may request access or correction and complain to the Operator and relevant privacy regulator.

India: when the Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies, rights may include information about processing, correction, completion, erasure, grievance redress and nomination.

Japan and South Korea: where APPI or PIPA applies, rights may include disclosure/access, correction, deletion or suspension of use and information about overseas provision, subject to law.

Other countries: the Operator will honour any additional mandatory privacy right that applies. Submit a request through raidsrobotics@gmail.com and identify your country, request and relevant device/store information.

12. Children

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from a child in breach of COPPA, the UK Children's Code, GDPR-family laws or other child-privacy rules. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the Operator so it can be investigated and deleted where required. Advertising must not be personalised to a known child.

13. Automated decisions

Game rules automatically calculate virtual outcomes, rewards, rank and AI actions. These entertainment decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud or purchase checks may use automated signals, with human review where required by law.

14. Changes and contact

This Notice may change when features, providers or laws change. The date and version will be updated and renewed acknowledgement or consent will be requested where required. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email raidsrobotics@gmail.com. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your country. Mandatory local law prevails over any inconsistent wording in this Notice. The online version is https://raidsrobotics.com/privacy/.

Advertising consent and privacy choices

This section records the separate advertising choice presented after the player accepts the User Agreement. Acceptance of the User Agreement is not consent to personalised advertising or non-essential tracking.

Both choices

Both choices let the game request a rewarded ad. An ad may not always be available, and a reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the ad was completed. Ordinary gameplay remains available regardless of the advertising choice.

Accept all

Permits personalised advertising and related measurement where permitted by applicable law and supported by the advertising partner.

Reject non-essential

Asks Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and supported mediated partners to use non-personalised or contextual ads. It also applies a do-not-sell/share signal where supported by the partner. Technical processing strictly necessary to request, secure, deliver and verify a contextual or non-personalised rewarded ad may still occur.

Changing a choice

The player can reopen Privacy Choices from the in-game Settings menu. A later change applies prospectively and does not undo processing already completed lawfully. Device operating-system privacy controls and advertising-ID controls may also apply.
